Approval

This endpoint records a decision on one or more pending tasks. Set taskStatus to APPROVED
to allow the underlying action to proceed (e.g. the card load is applied, or the physical
card is issued), or to REJECTED to block it. This same endpoint is used for both a
card load request (eventName=LOAD_BALANCE) and a physical card issuance request
(eventName=ISSUE_CARD) - the request type is determined by the task's eventName, not by
a separate endpoint.
